Capabilities
Metal cutting and processing services
We prepare raw material for manufacturing. Bar, tube, and billet come in; cut, finished, production-ready blanks go out. If your job needs a combination of the services below, that's normal — and it's usually cheaper than splitting it between two vendors.
Core capability
Precision sawing
High-speed band saws, cold saws, and cut-off systems handle bar, tube, and billet in prototype through high-volume quantities.
- Diameters up to 18″
- Bar lengths up to 20′
- Bundle, miter, and contour cutting
- Carbon steels, stainless, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, high-temperature alloys
- Prototype, short-run, and production quantities
Cuts are measured and inspected in process before they ship.

Secondary operations
End finishing & deburring
Sharp edges removed, burrs knocked down, ends squared. Safer to handle, cleaner to fixture, less cleanup on your floor.
Finishing is where a lot of shops get a nasty surprise on cost — a cheap cut that arrives with a burr is not a cheap cut. We quote it as part of the job so the number you see is the number you pay.
Value added
Value-added machining
Facing, drilling, flow drilling, and tapping on cut parts. We handle the secondary operations so blanks arrive ready to use instead of needing a setup on your machines.
Conventional and CNC capability, milling, drilling, turning, and tapping.

Capability
Tube cutting
Custom-length tube cutting in [materials], diameters from [x] to [x], wall thickness [x] to [x]. Tight-tolerance cuts with clean, square ends, in prototype through production quantities.
Capability
5-axis laser cutting
Laser processing for tube and formed parts — holes, slots, notches, and trim operations across multiple planes without refixturing. One setup instead of three, which shortens lead time and removes the stack-up error that comes with repositioning a part.
Logistics
Material handling & delivery
- JIT delivery and stocking programs
- Kitting and packaging
- Vendor-managed inventory support
If you're running lean and don't want cut stock sitting on your floor, we'll hold it and release on your schedule.
