Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
Willingness to learn our equipment and processes
Attention to detail — the whole business is holding a tolerance
Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, not a requirement

Client to supply Real job titles, shifts, and pay range if he's willing. Listing actual openings with a pay range roughly doubles application volume in manufacturing. If he won't list roles, the general line below stands on its own.
